SPANDAU BALLET will debut their long-awaited full-length movie documentary ‘Soul Boys of the Western World’ at the US SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas on March 12th, with all five band members in attendance.
The film is described as ‘a journey through the 1980s and beyond; the story of a band, an era and how one small gathering of outsiders in London shaped the entire world’s view of music and fashion’, and will draw entirely from archive material, including the band’s own home movies and newly discovered footage.
‘Soul Boys of the Western World’ is set to receive a full public release later this year.
