MARC ALMOND and JOHN HARLE will release a new album, ‘The Tyburn Tree’, on February 24th and will be playing five live shows to promote the release. The Tyburn Tree is an epic song cycle that “shines a lantern into the terrifying corners of London’s history” and “revolves around the infamous Tyburn gallows at Marble Arch, where convicts were hung in public, providing a gory spectacle for the masses.”
‘The Tyburn Tree’ will be available as a standard CD or download, or in a limited double vinyl album and is available to PREORDER now. The live shows – which take in London, Manchester, Cambridge, Brighton and Bristol – will start on March 2nd.
Marc Almond will also appear as a special guest of JOOLS HOLLAND on his forthcoming summer tour dates.
